Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Nouvel ("Nouvel," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the website and platform at lanouvel.com (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you are invited to the Platform or work with us, we collect information such as your name, email address, brokerage or business affiliation, brand preferences, and the content you upload, including documents, photographs, listing details, and marketing materials.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect basic technical information when you use the Platform, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. We also collect information about how the Platform is used, such as features accessed, actions taken, and session activity ("Usage Data"). This may include session replays of Platform activity, with form inputs and client content masked so the recorded session does not capture the text you enter or the client data displayed. We use this information to operate and secure the Platform and to understand how it is used.
Cookies. The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies for core functions such as keeping you signed in, and for first-party analytics that help us understand how the Platform is used. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell data to advertisers.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to provide our services, including preparing and delivering marketing materials for your review; operate, maintain, and secure the Platform; analyze Usage Data to understand how the Platform is used and to improve our products and services; communicate with you about your projects, account, and service updates; send transactional emails such as invitations and notifications; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.
3. How your content is used
Documents, images, and other materials you upload are used to prepare deliverables for you. Your content is scoped to your account and is not shared with other clients. Similar to many other service providers, we may use AI-assisted tools as part of preparing materials; your content is used to produce your deliverables, not to train public AI models by Nouvel.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of third-party providers to run the Platform. These currently include providers for application hosting, database and file storage, transactional email delivery, PDF document generation, and product analytics. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may update our providers over time; this policy will continue to apply.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only with the service providers described above, with your consent or at your direction (for example, deliverables you ask us to send somewhere), or when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Nouvel or others. If Nouvel is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information and client content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your account and associated content by contacting us at the address below.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls that limit each client's data to their own account. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor valid requests as required by law.
9. Children
The Platform is a business service for real estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active clients by email or through the Platform and update the effective date above.
11. Contact
